Personally i like Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Mushroom, i like the smell and the matching of mushroom. It is so perfect =)
The Salad with Grilled Chicken also very great, the dressing and chicken mix and match made the salad perfect.

紅豆減肥功效



紅豆又叫赤小豆,含有豐富的維生素B1、維生素B2、維生素E、膳食纖維、胡蘿蔔素、蛋白質、礦物質鈣、鉀、鎂等,對於補血、消水腫、利尿、促進心臟活化都有很好的效果。多吃可預防及治療腳腫,有減肥之效。

其石鹼成分可增加腸胃蠕動,減少便秘促進排尿,消除心臟或腎病所引起的浮腫,對便秘造成小腹凸起的女生和水腫女生都非常適合。

減肥紅豆做法

1、無糖紅豆水
最簡單的紅豆減肥食譜是煮紅豆水。直接用紅豆和清水熬煮,直到紅豆熟軟即可。
此外,也可以搭配薏仁,煮成高效的紅豆薏仁水。

薏仁的營養價值很高,被譽為“世界禾本植物之王”。薏仁同樣具有消水腫的功效,同時對於白皙皮膚也有不錯的效果。

薏仁與紅豆搭配是公認的最佳減肥飲品,健康、安全,便宜又有效。

效果:對於水腫型的肥胖,鬆鬆垮垮的大肚腩、大象腿,有立竿見影的效果。

2.紅豆馬蹄爽
材料:紅豆200克、馬蹄數個。

做法:將馬蹄去皮切碎,然後加入冰糖、檸檬煮成馬蹄水。紅豆和水一起煮成紅豆湯。然後將紅豆沙倒入馬蹄水裏,攪拌均勻即可食用。

效果:馬蹄中含有維生素A、維生素B、維生素C等對減肥都有幫助。

3.紅豆陳皮湯
材料:紅豆200克、陳皮5克、鹽少量。

做法:將紅豆浸泡4小時,然後和500毫升的清水一起煮,直到紅豆煮到爛熟。
然後熄火。用熱水陳皮浸軟,然後放進煮熟的紅豆湯中,加蓋燜10分鐘即可。然後加鹽調味。
每天餐後飲用,練習吃兩個星期即可。

效果:可以減少腹部的脂肪,遠離大肚腩。

4.紅豆燕麥粥
材料:燕麥30克、脫脂牛奶30克、紅豆50克、糖適量。

做法:將燕麥和水用水煮一會兒,生燕麥大概要煮半小時。熟燕麥則不需要這個步驟。煮燕麥的時候不能放太多水。當熬煮到燕麥黏稠的時候加入牛奶。將煮好的紅豆加入牛奶燕麥中,最後加入糖調味即可。

效果:燕麥有低卡低Gi的特質,可以減少血糖上升,二者搭配可以消腫減脂噢!
