I would like to introduce cafe below, which i have visited for several time.

It is still my favorite cafe to visit, one of the reason is I like egg mayo so much =o= Can say as I so "Tam Chiak" =0
Secondly, do not have tax here (dun worry about the pricey food and drink =)
Next is the free wifi here... wohoo... everyone favorite XD



Got free drink here, can you please move it away from my body... T~T

67 Coffee Mansion @ Jalan Irving is a nice place to hang out and you may find out interesting like street art here =)

It is only cost RM 5 for Fairtrade Tea from Puso Coffee, you may feel the smell from the flavour, for my recommend I would prefer Strawberry Tea

咖啡

突然间，好想好想喝杯浓浓的咖啡。。。

我的心情，我的日记。。。

檸檬芝士蛋糕(免焗No-bake cheese cake)

6吋份量

消化餅 6塊

牛油(無鹽) 40g

Cream Cheese 200g

糖 135g

純乳酪 100g

檸檬 1個

魚膠片 10g

淡忌廉 100ml

Cream Cheese放室溫半小時回軟

檸檬刨皮 唔好刨到白色部份
榨半個檸檬汁

純乳酪,Cream Cheese,檸檬汁,檸檬皮混合

加入75g(5湯匙)糖,20g牛油
攪至無粒粒

如果怕酸或者CREAM CHEESE本身鹹 可以加多D糖

魚膠片浸凍水直至軟身

將之前攪好的漿取出少量加已軟身魚膠片

隔熱水加熱至完全溶解

放回原來的漿中混合

淡忌廉攪至企身

輕輕力將忌廉與芝士漿泥合

消化餅 放袋入面整碎(有攪拌機可冷笑一聲)

加入20g牛油 30g糖

用手充份混合(記得洗手,所有唔洗煮的野食製作過程要超乾淨)

舖係已加牛油紙的蛋糕模中壓實

將蛋糕漿倒入模中 放入雪櫃雪四個鐘就完成啦

如果完成後蛋糕凹左有氣泡唔滑等等

可以用熱水浸熱把刀抺乾

就可以修理返d爛左既位
